Growing up as a Competitive dancer my body was my instrument. I came to RRPT at the age of fourteen to benefit my dance career. This was where I was first introduced to the world of fitness! I fell in love with pushing my body and my mind to its limits and the rewards of hard work, dedication, and consistency.
Joining a gym with a sense of community, a gym that is a family, was one of the best decisions I had made in my adolescence, it pushed me out of my comfort zone at the time and has given me the drive to continue to do so in many other areas of my life. Six years later I am feeling completely nostalgic being back at my childhood gym, now having the opportunity to participate in the practicum program. Since then I have faced many hardships dealing with body image issues; sadly a very common issue among our society due to social media, but for me what personally grew out of my many years of dance.
I now aspire to be a trainer myself and am looking forward to teaching clients and motivating them to be the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves! I hope to inspire others the way an RRPT trainer first inspired me.
My goal is to help others feel confident in their skin and work towards their goals by becoming stronger mentally and physically. From a client perspective, nothing feels better than when I can prove myself wrong, surpassing my own doubts about my own capabilities. Each day I look forward to growing and improving alongside every client that is at Rapid Results. It will be my honor to one day train RRPT clients and help them gain contentment with their own bodies.
