I hold certifications through ACE and the National Health Club Association and have been training for 20 years with experience in strength and conditioning training, weight loss, extreme weight loss ,bodyshaping, athletic endurance training and sports training . I also have 15 years of experience in post rehab training in many areas including injuries of the knee, hip, spine, shoulder, foot, ankle as well as pre and post natal, and total knee, hip and shoulder replacement post rehabs. I love a CHALLENGE as it is what encourages minds and hearts to thrive!  I also love the opportunity to better someones health and change their life and future FOREVER!

I also have certifications in stretch therapy, group exercise instruction including: Kettlebell, Boot Camp, Fitboxing, Advanced Abdominal Training and Cross Training and Pump and Grind and have been teaching these classes for over 15 years at several gyms across Atlanta prior to opening Rapid Results Personal Training first PRIVATE facility!

I have advanced nutrition counseling  for weight loss experience and have helped hundreds to create a proper program for nutrition that has helped them to lose and then maintain their weight!

I have hundreds of before and afters to boast my hard work and success as a trainer and am so very proud of each and every client’s success!  I hope you can be my next success story!

Bootcamp mini is an introduction to our most intense fitness class, RRPT BOOTCAMP. This mini version still incorporates military style drills, plyometrics, fitness challenges, core work cadence calls and partner work but is only an hour class and starts with 15 minutes of nonstop, heart pounding bodyweight exercises and endurance drills! This class is sure to increase your endurance and give you a fat shredding, muscle toning workout!

A FULL BODY workout using just a few small handled weights called Kettlebells. This is a challenging but exciting fitness class that will tone your arms and lean out your legs like nothing else! Kettlebell workouts are in high demand not just at RRPT but all over the world! RRPT's kettlebell class uses over 80 different exercises with everything from Kettlebell swings, to squats, to tricep kickbacks and kettlebell rows. These exercises are performed, all while using only one or two bells that could be brought with you on vacation to get in a similar workout even without a gym!
