Choose between 1, 2 or 3 days a week depending on your goals. This training plan can be purchased as an individual or as a group of 4 to 15 clients and is more generalized in nature. However, this is ideal for clients who have basic training knowledge but are just looking for accountability and program design and variety in exercise, RATHER than thorough personalized exercise instruction with individual needs being attended to.
