Description

Body 360 is a full body training class that incorporates weight training, abdominal/core work and endurance fat burning drills in each class. It runs as an individual circuit and is sure to get you a great workout and a high calorie burn! Different from Pump and Grind it is not focused on cycled muscle groups and ALWAYS has abs in the program each week! Programs are always individualized to the client and CAN be modified for injuries and program goals!

Bootcamp mini is an introduction to our most intense fitness class, RRPT BOOTCAMP. This mini version still incorporates military style drills, plyometrics, fitness challenges, core work cadence calls and partner work but is only an hour class and starts with 15 minutes of nonstop, heart pounding bodyweight exercises and endurance drills! This class is sure to increase your endurance and give you a fat shredding, muscle toning workout!
