Recipe for category (25lbs to 75lbs. to lose)
• 1 Tbsp. of Mrs. Dash Chipotle Seasoning Blend
• 1 Tbsp. of olive oil (if not allowed oil in your plan then wet chicken and sprinkle with
seasoning without the oil)
• 4 5oz. boneless 99% fat free boneless skinless chicken breasts
1. Rinse off chicken breasts and trim of excess fat pieces. Brush chicken with olive oil or wet them according to nutrition plan guidelines for use of oil.
2. Sprinkle each side with Mrs. Dash Chipotle and place in baking dish lightly sprayed with Pam
3. Bake 22-‐25 minutes in a preheated 375 degree oven or until juice runs clear.
1. Serve with 3/4 cup of cooked brown rice with sautéed onion and and tomatoes. (If non workout night then serve with a two vegi’s( 4 0z.) as plan calls for or a salad.
