- 1/2 cup of packed thin sliced cabbage (1.5 oz
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp agave syrup
- 1/2 to 3/4 tsp coarse ground mustard
- 4oz. oz thin sliced boarshead low sodium roasted turkey breast
- 1 thin slice of 2% milk swiss cheese or low fat mozzarella cheese
- 1 slice of Rye Bread
1. In a small bowl toss cabbage with vinegar, pepper, and 1/2 tsp agave syrup
2. Spread mustard on toast. Then add turkey, cabbage mixture, then cheese. Broil 3 inches from heat in a toaster oven just until cheese melts. Do NOT walk away as it will cook quickly,
