Recipe: Crock Pot Salsa Chicken

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Frog Ranch Salsa (medium)
1 tsp sea salt
1 TBS garlic powder
Chili powder
Cumin
Onion powder
1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream

2 cups cooked brown rice

1. Add chicken to crock pot.
2. srpinkle in, sea salt, garlic powder, cumin, onion powder chili powder
3. Pour salsa and soup over chicken
4. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours
5. Serve over brown rice
** 1 chicken breast and no more than 1/2 cup of brown rice per serving!
