In an effort to stay more connected to each of you I have created this Ask the trainer Forum for important questions that beg answers.
Please feel free to ask me questions about diet, recipe substitutions, what to take on a trip or what to order from a restaurant ,exercise form, body shaping frustrations and the like. Please note that for any question requiring more attention than a paragraph answer I will refer you to schedule a session so that we may discuss at length
