Yogalates is a refreshing combination of traditional Yoga poses and stretches intertwined with more modern Pilates core and strength exercises in one dynamic workout meant to invigorate and strengthen the core as well as tone and strengthen the upper and lower body. RRPT’s Yogalates class is taught by Brooke Donahoo, a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor who has experience teaching both beginner and advanced classes across the city and formerly in Savanah, Ga. and Soho, NY. She has a calming spirit and presence that will put you at ease and refresh you immediately after entering her class! She is excellent at welcoming and nurturing the newest and most inexperienced of clients so no need to be nervous about trying it for the first time!
She will introduce herself and find out your experience level before class begins and then she will give you the attention needed in our small personalized group classes. You will really enjoy the benefits of RRPT’s private studio small class settings, as we never put more than ten students in a Yogalates class which offers you more instructor attention and less intimidation!
