Description

Pump and Grind is a fast pace fitness class that incorporates strength training with two muscle groups each day which is the "PUMP" portion and then heart racing cardio movements to shred fat using interval style training which is the "GRIND" portion of the workout! It is one of our clients favorite classes at RRPT!
