A FULL BODY workout using just one or two small handled weights called Kettlebells. This is a fairly new type of workout that is FUN and a HIGH CALORIE BURN when done in the method and program created by us at RRPT. Over 50 different exercises with everything from Kettlebell swings, to squats, to tricep kickbacks and kettlebell rows are performed, all while using only one or two bells that could be brought with you on vacation to get in a similar workout even without a gym!
