HIIT Class

A fun and hype interval style group training that incorporates plyometrics, weights, bands, and bodyweight resistant movements in a fast paced program meant to shred fat and tone muscle!

As with all other RRPT group training sessions instructor walks the class instructing, correcting and teaching form to help newer members while class is in session. All levels are welcome.  Client must be in good health and sign a waiver of such.  HIIT style training is a favorite among RRPT members!  Enrollment is limited by space available.

Each client gets individualized attention to his skill level through the class time. There are different levels within the group session so it is okay if you are a beginner. HIIT is an extremely fun way to get an intense cardio workout as well as tone the arms and legs without adding bulk.
