Bootcamp

 

 RRPT Boot Camp class is not like most others in town.

It is NOT a running class as many others are! It is a military style endurance training class which utilizes
  • plyometrics
  • compound movements
  • complex core exercises
  • athletic drills
  • and some good old fashioned calisthenics with a modern day flare

You will work your entire body during the workouts and will create newfound strength, amazing endurance and increased cardiovascular ability all while burning 1200 to 1800 calories per class.

You will use kickboxing gloves and pads, jump ropes, body bars, plyo-hurdles, bands and even a tire to achieve these results!

They are INTENSE and Motivating! Expect to get the benefits of a driven personal trainer who will convince you that you can do what you don’t believe you are capable of. We perform group as well as individual exercises to create a competitive drive but with team camaraderie.
