Bootcamp mini is an introduction to our most intense fitness class, RRPT BOOTCAMP. This mini version still incorporates military style drills, plyometrics, fitness challenges, core work cadence calls and partner work but is only an hour class and starts with 15 minutes of nonstop, heart pounding bodyweight exercises and endurance drills! This class is sure to increase your endurance and give you a fat shredding, muscle toning workout!
